And maybe we might have more money then, or we might have, you know, we still want that.
Some people hold onto their loss, right.
They'll just hold onto it and just be like, Hey,
We're just going to wait until interest rates get better or, or whatever, to be able to, you know, afford what they want.
Cause a lot of them, they want that and they want what they told us they wanted.
And so we designed it that way and it's just getting them to, you know, sign on the dotted line, I guess, but.
No, go ahead.
I think it's really on our end where we're going to
we're bidding a house out anything that's coming up that you know is in design that we you know maybe have done the preliminary like pricing on you know and then we're going to kind of do our final pricing we are going back to those vendors for sure and being like hey what what if anything do we need to raise you know we need to re-bid this whole thing because tariffs have gone up and you know we pretty much know all those all the industries and what's going to get affected
So we're definitely going back to those vendors and saying, Hey, we need, if this price is not changing, we need, or if it is changing, we need to know right now, because we need to tell the client that before they sign the contract, cause you can't come in.
I don't want you to come and tell me four months down the line that it's going to be that much more money.
Right.
And most of the vendors there, like I said, I'm getting these emails this morning.
Like it's they're anticipating this already, even though that it
really on their end, they haven't felt it yet, but they know they're gonna feel it, whether it's in three weeks or three months, right?
They know they're gonna feel it.
So they're adjusting their pricing now, right?
So, which is good, right?
Because that protects them, it protects us, but it also is protecting us from having a very hard conversation with the client, right?
Like, we're like, oh, sorry, they increased their price 30% even after we accepted their original bid, you know, like.
