So we, uh,
we basically built the first model home along with the original developer of the land.
And then we bought that developer out and became the exclusive builder for 14 of the lots out there.
And now we are basically, we only have two more lots left over.
The lots are sold.
We just haven't built on them yet, you know, to the clients, but, but a crazy story on that, a very COVID focused story.

We built this model, and it was a very successful model.
We probably got 20 new builds off, but not all out there.
But we bought the developer out, and it's a little scary as a builder developer.
You're taking a big risk there, right?
I thought it was going to take three years to sell all the lots, and COVID hit, and I was just like, oh, my gosh, now it's going to take six years to sell.
Instead, all the lots sold in six weeks.
Yeah, because they were like, I want the lake house.
I want the remote work.
That's right.
It was like one of the craziest things I've ever, and we had people coming from, they're like, I want to build my lake house out here and I'm coming from Chicago and I'm going to get out of Chicago for a whole year, you know, and build my dream lake house out here for three and a half, $4 million, you know?
It, I would say it is.
pretty unique.
I mean, there's some local builders out there that'll buy the, you know, create a five, six lot development, but we saw this piece of property, you know, it's on a peninsula on this really beautiful lake and it was all wooded and this, and we're just like, this is like a once in a lifetime opportunity.
