So it's just, again, the through line of this entire conversation, mastery, consistency, little bit better, and then compounding takes over if you're willing to do it day after day for many, many days.

Yeah.
So when you said that, the first thing that came to mind when you asked me that question was,
My least favorite boss.
I won't say his name, but his, I have a thought bubble right here.
And this person in his mind has got it all figured out.
He doesn't really need to read any books or listen to podcasts or watch Ted talks or go to leadership conferences.
You know, he's got a big title.
He makes good money.
He's got it all figured out in his mind.
He's peaked.
He's at his peak and he'll be at the peak for the rest of his career.
Those are the opposite of what a learning leader is.
I named my podcast Learning Leader because of how much I love the leaders in my life who are always taking notes, always reading books, going to conferences, meeting with mentors, listening to podcasts.
