I don't know what's going to resonate with people, right?
Like there are certain things that will resonate with some that won't with others.
So I like getting notes, like actual kind of rough sketch notes of my books of what, when they read, because it helps me understand what resonates with people.
So that feedback is another critical part, which you only get if you teach, if you, if
of doing it.
So yeah, I push leaders to do that on a regular basis.
A lot of learning takes place through the prep, the action of doing it, and then afterwards getting the feedback.
Big time.
