And to me, that's just much more inspiring.

It shows there is a chance.

But you do have to be willing to do that.

And then for the tiny, tiny percentage that are brilliant, hey, more power to you, get after it, go do your thing.

But most of us, that's not us.

We have to endure over time in order to have a shot.

I go to New York City.

I'm with one of my literary heroes, Brian Koppelman.

He created the movie Rounders, which I loved.

And when I was in college, I watched it over and over.

And the TV show Billions, which more people are probably aware of.

We were in the writer's room at Billions recording a podcast together.

And...

He said, hey, man, the thing that you got is the ability and the willingness to chase your curiosity and obsessions with great rigor.

And I love that phrase.

I loved when he said it to me and meant a ton to me.

And he, and he acted like it was a skill, like this ability, the skill to chase your curiosity and obsessions with great rigor.

And I think that's accurate curiosity.

Again, we could talk for an hour about this curiosity.

In my opinion, it's the ultimate way to show somebody love.
