And so everything that we do is focused on how to become a better leader.
But this book specifically is mostly about how to lead yourself because the fun part about that is it just never ends.
And that's the hard part, but also the fun part.

They want to partner with somebody, whatever it may be.
And they get all this energy and excitement because it's new.
