The price of all of that, both probably monetarily because you have a team, you have other people, as well as time and effort and resources, all of that is the price.
And you have said, I'm willing to pay that price because the reward is higher.
And I think whatever it is that people are trying to do or that they want to do, are you willing to pay the price, right?

Nobody want to lift these heavy ass weights.

And that's the thing with a lot of, a lot of work in life.
Like everybody wants to be the thing, but do you want to do the necessary work to be that?

You've obviously said yes, and you do it every day.
I'm trying to do the same thing, and I think it's worth it if people are willing to do it.
And that's the difference, again, between the ones who are leaving a positive dent in the world and the ones who are not.
When you're just the player, the individual, you have a specific task, and your job is to do that with excellence, right?
That's it.
That first promotion, I remember that vividly.
I mean, I wrote a book about it because I did it so poorly.
And the book's called Welcome to Management because I remember I would call my dad and I would complain.
I'm like, why are these people doing this?
Or why are they doing that?
