So as a leader, you need to know what must be done, which is hard.
There's strategy, there's ideas.
Are we doing the right thing?
Then you have this art, this kind of, oh, what do you mean art of getting other people to want to do that thing, not just to do it, but to want to do that thing.
And then knowing what needs to be done.
And that is really, really tough.
It takes repetition.
