Every week or whatever your cadence you choose, but I'm going to do it like for in my case, it's Sunday night, seven o'clock Eastern, no matter what, never missed 11 years, at least that, that much, sometimes more.
So when you do that, what you're, what you're telling and showing people is that you show up and you do it no matter what.

And if you do that, people then trust you to follow through on doing what you say you'll do.
And I can trust myself because I follow through.
So I think that's a key thing when you talk about relationships and trust.
It's consistently doing the thing that you said you do for a decade plus.
Yeah, I had a great coach, the late, great Terry Heppner.
Super grateful and fortunate to play for him.
Every single day, Coach Heppner would say to us, you got to have a plan, work the plan, and plan for the unexpected.
And when you're 18, 19, I kind of was listening and I kind of was paying attention and kind of doing that.
But you really get that fortune cookie wisdom.
You start thinking about that as you, at least in my case, as I matured and got a little bit older, the importance of having a plan, working the plan, and then knowing that you're going to get punched in the face and how are you going to respond.
And so in that case where you're referring to in college,
i come as a highly recruited quarterback to miami university here in the mid-american conference in southwestern ohio the highest rated recruit though in the history of the school still to this day also happened to be my exact same age and to play my exact same position and so we battled out for two years and during my sophomore year after we had a game at the university of iowa
We both had gotten kind of beat up.
We both had played in the game.
