And it's so weird.

Like it sounds really simple.

Like what are you going to help somebody?

But that's how I think you make a good day into a great day is like actively being in pursuit and then executing in whatever way, big or small, right?

Sometimes just listening to somebody and they need somebody to talk to, right?

You help them.

And so to me, like that's like the best way is intentionally –

being with somebody and helping them make their day better, it actually makes my day a lot better.

And so, yeah, I think that's how I turn a good day into a really great day.

Yeah, I mean, a friend having a really rough time in his relationship and, you know, being there because especially with guys, like guys to guys, they're not as good at having conversations about that type of stuff because you want to appear strong or whatever.

And so you won't be honest or you won't talk about it.

And I think sometimes you need someone to show up with curiosity.

I think the ultimate way to show somebody love is to be curious about them, genuinely curious, ask them questions, listen, ask follow-up questions.

So that's how I try to show up for my friends or family members and people I love is

It's to be curious about them, ask them questions, like help them maybe go to the place that they don't normally go, or maybe it's uncomfortable, but you make it more comfortable or more normal for them to go there.

So one of the best ways to show love is to be curious and create a place and a space for someone to really, really go there and, um,

And that can be helpful.

I know like if I'm struggling and somebody else shows me love by being curious about that, that is, I love them.

I mean, I love them in return.

Like I'm super grateful for people who do that for me.
