I think that members of Congress individually have been at least talking a good game when it comes to trying to find a way to regulate the rapid growth of artificial intelligence. matched

But we've seen this movie before when it comes to Congress and technology. matched

And by the time a group of members get into a room and try and address something, the technology's already rapidly eclipsed what potential piece of legislation that they would ever get passed. matched
