But I mean, because it's a new coach, I just don't know that they absolutely have to be in place ahead of time.

So do you believe that that's for Daryl Gates and for Jeff Jackson and Stan Bowman, that they have to have somebody that's won?

It has to be somebody who's won a Stanley Cup?
