That he has actually, legitimately looked at the way he went about things and gone, oh, that's, I, you know, like truly, I can't do those things.
Things, Bob, that the whole hockey world looks at, Mike Bedano goes crazy.
come on Mitch Mark come on they want no part of the guy that was capable of that they want no part of the guy that was capable of the Marner thing and they want no part of the guy who talked his way back into Columbus and did that so if he's changed and if he's different and if he hasn't learned and what he's saying to these people is true this has a chance to work
But there's a reason no one else has even gone down this path.
Like, a well-seasoned general manager will have sat in 30 coaches' interviews over the course of his career, and they are trained to understand the difference between the guys that can sit there and talk and the guys that, you know, there's more there, right?
Like, that's what the experience of a general manager... Or guys that can't talk at all.

breach of trust in the most sacred relationship right like the coach and his players and doing things in the room and i don't blame those players and i'm sure they grilled them i don't blame i don't i think it was the right thing to do to sit down with him do you think i'm sure they would have
I'm sure they would have.
I'm sure they would have tried to turn over all sorts of stones and asked hard questions.
I don't doubt that at all.
In the case of Mike Babcock, I believe it was the right thing to do to have the players sit down with him and to get the players sign off.
