So the way I do it, I mean, I'm airing out all my business for everybody, but this is fine.

So here's how I do it in my business.

Some might charge you hourly.

Some might do a flat fee.

So when I do a severance negotiation, it's contingency.

I get a percentage of whatever new money I get for you.

So for like, so for easy math, if they offer you a $10,000 severance and I get in there and talk to them, I get you up to 20.

I would get a percentage of the new money I got for you, not the money that was already offered.
