You never gave him an opportunity to correct it.

You never said, hey, Nicole, yeah, you're missing your cover letters on the TPS reports.

Where's the corrective action?

That helps everybody.

So I do get irritated when a boss just bottles it in, doesn't say anything, and then fires you.

And that's the first time you learned there was an issue.

That's a really good question because I think we can pick out the obvious things.

You know, you get pregnant and then three weeks later, suddenly you're fired.
