So I was in too many time zones.

And it's just like birth control.

If you don't take it at the same time, it's not as effective.

So I think I screwed up my time zones too much and it fell off and that's why I had that episode the other night.

and now I realize how very important it is to take it around the same time every single day, the a.m.

and the p.m.

Yeah, she really nailed it between the blood test and the Dutch test.

I think she really nailed it with finding the right combination.

The cool thing, there's a couple different ways that you can take hormones too.

So I have friends that are taking pellets.
