I hear people when they say that.
They're like, oh yeah, it's much better to travel in your 20s and 30s than it is in your 40s and 50s.
I'm like, if you treat yourself well, I feel way better now at 35 than I did in my early 20s.
It is true.
Yeah.
But just like the
boring basics of taking care of yourself.
When you're 45, you can look better than you did at 25.
You can feel better than you did.
I think there are some of these things that we say and we just naturally assume, like, oh, well, I should travel now because I'm not going to feel as good at 45.
kids i'm not gonna be able to travel when i have kids that's just because you're saying that that's not true kids can go on planes like they'll love it i traveled a ton when i was a kid because my dad would bring me to work stuff all over the world like he's a professor who's giving talks i would get to go with him the best experiences of my life like i went on a safari with my dad when i was seven years old i'll never forget that till the day i die that experience getting to go it's true you know we do to us we tell ourselves a lot of things that aren't true
Those self-limiting things that we do, and it's not even the big ones.
We always talk about this in coaching things, those big self-limiting beliefs that you're not capable.
It's like, OK, I get it with those big ones.
We need to address those.
I think the most damning ones are these little things.
They're almost just societal or cultural, where you're like, oh, yeah, well, have fun.
Now that you have kids, you're not going to have fun anymore.
The most fun moments of my entire life have been after I've had kids.
