Cold plunge is very valuable for people who have things kind of already in balance and they can handle a little bit more stress.
Then there's some really good immune system boosting effects.
It's very valuable for athletes.
Who are constantly teetering on the edge of overtraining and they want to practice more, but they just can't recover enough.

120 degrees.
I lived there for long enough to where when I came back up here to San Jose, it'd be like 90 degrees and I wouldn't feel that hot because I got used to the 100.
It is, right?
Then I'd have friends of mine that came from Minnesota or Chicago.
They'd come over here.
