Then my front shoulder, uh, that happened during CrossFit probably after about a year.
And, uh, it's just, you know, in the full range of motion of like dips, uh, bench press pushups.
Um, I'll get this really bad pinching pain in my front shoulder.
So, um, yeah.
I have a three-year-old and I have like a limited work schedule.
I do have like a kind of decent home gym, but, uh, I was looking at maps 15 and, uh, I'm like, I don't want to get this and, uh, not be able to perform some of the lifts or, you know, how to modify them or address them or whatever.
So, um, yeah, that's where that, and like the diet piece, um,
Now that my diet's opened up, kind of not sure where to go if I want to get โ well, I kind of have an idea now from listening to you guys.
But, you know, my biggest goals are strength and, you know, putting on muscle.

How's your gut health now?

Much better.
I think that, uh, that stint of three years maybe really helped.
Um, but after reintroducing carbs, um, I seem to do fine with them.
I just have to, sugar is really the big thing.
I can't do too much of that.
As far as I know, no, I don't think it would be an issue.
