You know, if you think of the body as an adaptation machine, and let's say β I'm just going to create a scenario, not a realistic one, but let's just β just for argument's sake. Let's say β you lose 50 pounds of body fat and then you gain it back and you do this every two years, right? At a certain point, your body is probably like, this is going to happen again.

All I know is you could try separating all you want. But what I know is when somebody loses and gains weight, loses and gains weight, loses and gains weight, it gets harder and harder each time.
