That resulted in two things that had not happened up to this point.

Number one, the US struck two Iranian tankers, one off Carg Island, the Downey, another one off the port of Jask, the Stark One.

Both those

The US had not hit a loaded tanker up to this point.

Now, they were very controlled hits.

They took out the steering gear, so the ships couldn't maneuver.

But the third ship they hit, the Kylo, which is this Comoros flag dark fleet tanker that was empty, the U.S.

told the crew to abandon ship and they utterly destroyed this vessel in a very dramatic fashion.

I mean, this is the largest ship sunk by the U.S.

Navy, you know.

uh since World War Two.

It was massive tanker that was sunk.

And so this is really, you know, we we talked about the tanker for tanker.

proposal put forward by the US, if you hit tankers going through the Strait of Hormoes, we will hit your tankers.

This is definitely an upscale.

This is demonstrating if you go against US Navy warships, this is how we're going to respond.

Now the US blockade has been very effective.

We don't believe a barrel of oil has come out of Iran since July.

And their tanker fleet is very exposed.
