There's about 20 of them at anchor off of Sri Lanka in the Indian Ocean.
There's about another seven off the coast of Malaysia.
Those are ships they have to be worried about being targeted by the US.
So it's a bit of brakesmanship here.
Which economy breaks first?
Is it the Iranian economy?
Does the Western economies not break, but do they bring enough pressure against the US to go to the negotiating table?
Uh i it it's really a a challenge here.
We're kind of seeing it very similar to what's happening in in Ukraine and Russia right now with their economic warfare targeting
Well, I'll give you the example.
Today a uh a very large crewed carrier came out of Saudi Arabia, the port of Yambu.
Typically that ship would go through the Babel Mandab and head to Asia.
Instead, that tanker came out half loaded.
Went through the Suez Canal because you can't go through fully loaded through the Suez, had to take a half the load on the other side, load up, and now is sailing around Africa.
That is a protracted delay.
Yes, you're getting two million barrels of oil out as part of your calculations, but it's taking you an extra month along with the additional costs to get that ship to Korea.
So, this is where I think some of those numbers we get is very confusing.
Fusing.
Okay, two million are out, but it's gonna take 30 extra days to get there.
The cost is much more.
