Up until now, you know, we're pretty convinced that they were dealing with compounding inflationary issues. matched

We had one of our own making that they'd started to address earlier in the year. matched

And then that that was compounded by the energy price shock coming from the conflict in the Middle East. matched

Um, and so that was providing them with, I guess, a set of challenges that were very much focused around the inflation story. matched

Now I think this presents as an additional challenge that's far more focused around the growth. matched

So this is a a new development, I guess, in terms of RBA communications where we obviously move to, you know matched

uh almost a year ago had the monetary policy board with the experts on there and they have remained quite silent up until very recently when one of those members, Carolyn Houston, spoke last week and today we get Ian Harper who's speaking um on a topic called insights from the Reserve Bank. matched

So that could cover a lot or not very much, depending on on which way he he matched

he chooses to go. matched

He has historically, he's been on uh, you know, the old version of the the the RBA board as well. matched

And so he has at times, you know, spoken quite candidly about the policy outlook. matched

So I think the expectation is that we'll get more from him today than we did from Carolyn Houston, whose uh, you know, talk was much more big picture. matched

Um so that'll be, I think, quite eagerly awaited by uh, you know, markets matched
