Overnight, you know, we do see um a a sort of quite short lived but, you know, reasonably large uh spike lower in in that FX cross um that was very short lived and it sort of came back. matched

Um, and you know, like every other central bank, it's a pretty challenging situation because you've got inflation moving in the wrong direction, you've got growth moving in the wrong direction. matched

So you're faced into two-sided risks, as as John Williams said overnight. matched
And as we as we know, that sort of means that whatever path you choose, that's it's not going to be a risk-free path. matched
And so central banks are sort of faced with this un unenviable decision where every time they sit down to decide to do something on rates, they've got to basically choose what matched
one of their mandates over the other. matched
So we've got to choose inflation over growth or the other way around. matched
And and today I think, you know, you know, the RBA will probably uh go the way of choosing inflation and electing to lift rates. matched
