But as you've already said, Dylan, like this is not just TikTok nonsense.
Like the thing about inflammation is that there is this real body of evidence suggesting that there's something important to think about here.
I actually want to start here in the realm of language, because this word inflammation, it's such a powerful word, maybe even a little too powerful, because it contains this feeling of fire within it.
And I just want to start by asking you, like, is that the right metaphor for inflammation?
