You know, that would be massive.

Yeah, absolutely.

I don't know the timing, but it's everybody involved continues to say it's going through.

And that's, you know, at the highest levels of the league.

You know, the Raptors, as you guys know, had it's funny.

We were just talking offline about this.

They had every reason to pause this thing because, you know, Kawhi having his contract voided was in play.

Yeah.

And so but my goodness, what a nice little favor they did the Clippers, because in the process, you know, again, it put those two pigs in purgatory and they ended up kind of being unintentionally protected.

So, yes, I think the trade goes through, you know, as that's your backyard.

And it's just it does crack me up that the Raptors subplot here.

is it's kind of wild to chew on, if I'm honest with you, because if you go back down memory lane a little bit to 2019, you know, when I had reported about all the wild requests that, you know, the infamous Uncle Dennis had made of teams during Kawhi's free agency, the reality is, and this is not revealing anything new, you could read the old story and deduce as much, but like the Lakers were the ones that,

For lack of a better way of putting it, that they were really pissed during that summer in terms of, all right, it's one thing if we lose the guy on a fair playing ground, a level playing ground.

We lost the guy when he was, you know, his uncle was asking for all these crazy things.

And they certainly had suspicions that the Clippers might have said yes.

to some of those things.

The Raptors also got those requests, but did not seem, they didn't make as big of a stink out of it, if that makes sense.

And it almost like, I think it's fair to look at that and then look at what's happening now and say it's fascinating how the way they handled that Kawhi relationship, choosing to not rattle all the cages and make a big deal out of it when Uncle Dennis was certainly asking the Raptors for all the same stuff.

It almost created a warm seat for Kawhi when everything went the way it went and now he's coming back to Toronto.

It'll be interesting.
