It's like an everyday struggle.
And again, I think that's part and parcel being like an actor with the sort of career that I had specifically, you know, and also being massively affected by what other people think.
The people pleasing thing seeps back in.
Yeah.
You just immediately it bothers me that people might not like me or might not think I'm a nice person or whatever it is or might not look good or.
And again, I'm sort of in the process of working through that and being aware of it, trying to embrace it.
But it's a challenge.
I've always praised my discipline like I think it's something I inherited from a very early age that me and my brother we're from a working class family me and my brothers have all been working since we were like 13 years old as paper boys and
You know, I've just never known not to work.
So I feel like even if I'm not filming something, you know, on a day, I'm still working.
Like it's part of my job.
And I don't mind it.
I'm not miserable by any means.
I'm very happy.
And especially now, I think as I've kind of got older and I'm sort of like people try to wind me up that I'm nearly 40.
I don't care.
I think, well, it's a good thing.
Oh, 40s are great, by the way.
I feel more healthy and happy now than I did through my 20s and my 30s.
