They just got, they just Supreme court, I believe the state of Nebraska just ruled that, uh,
So they've been using AI to screen out candidates through their applicant tracking model.
And it's been proven that there is a variety of discriminatory algorithms built into the product.
I know me and you are not surprised by that, but they they got caught on it.
And this is what they did.
The Supreme Court ruled that the companies that use the platform.
are also liable for Workday's malicious use of AI to screen out candidates.
Oh, wow.
And it's the first time that they've ever said, we're not just going to blame the platform, whether it's Indeed or ZipRecruiter or Workday.
We're going to take it all the way down to the frontline organization, the company that's using the platform.
And this is good news.
This gives me hope because it's putting it out there.
something that we already know that as organizations invest in this technology and they say they're doing it to be more efficient to move faster they're also doing it um at the at you know at the peril of workers on the front lines and so back to what i was trying to get to on what can we be doing right now the workers need to be fighting can you hold on because i'm going to give advice from you so workers need to be fighting just hold that thought but here's the thing um
