All the folks out there, I see a few in the feed already that are saying, I use Workday.
I have to use it for work.
I'm sure there's a place out there that we can make sure folks can circle back and try to make sure they're a part of the class.

But it's putting Workday and it's putting other applicant tracking and recruiting products on notice that they have not, you know, not only do they have, there's something at risk for them for employing these AIs, but the small to mid to large enterprises that are also employing these products need to look, they have a responsibility to look deeper into the software they're investing in and then using to, you know, manage, lead, coach, control their people.
I think they should be playing the game.
And what I mean by that is the tools that are being used and the tools that are in place to restrict, to block, to limit access to opportunities.
My day job at OneHuddle, we turn workforce training into games.
So we see it and we do it to make workforce training more accessible to more workers.
I spend a lot of time yelling at HR teams who give the best,
the fanciest softwares to certain workers and not to everybody else.
And again, I think in all the environments I've been in, I talk to workers about this is the game in the market.
We have to play it.
