Anything else that product does to you as a worker, you should ignore it.

Again, they're trying to acquire because they're trying to acquire it, to utilize it, to sell it, to make other decisions.
So I would be very careful, very specific about what we're sharing on employment platforms because human resources is not for the worker.
The HR function was built to control labor, to reduce the fiduciary risk to the organization because labor is the biggest line item.
So I think it's important to understand where human resources came from.
Are there great HR people?
Sure, they're out there.
I'm not attacking the person, but the function itself and the software is built around that function.
We're never intended to level a worker up
provide more opportunities, increase wages.
They were meant to command and control and create more efficiencies for the company.
I think that as a candidate, we should only provide employers with information they need to make firm, strong hiring decisions.
And information like your date of birth, I don't feel is necessary to make a hiring decision for the majority of jobs in our workforce today.

I don't think birth date is something that matters.
There's demographic data that definitely is not relevant.
If you have a college degree, even a college degree, while if it's a require, if you have it, you should show it because you make a million dollars more in your lifetime if you have one than if you don't.
