I think that's a reality right now.
Companies are continuing to try to do more with less.
And like I said, they're more on defense than offense.
If they were on offense, they would find ways to build stronger relationships with workers like you, would try to provide more wraparound services for workers like you.
They would do more there, but they're not.
And what can you do in this moment?
I mean, I think that...
you know, we have to, we have to find ways to, uh, to, you know, again, obviously you can reduce, try to do stuff to reduce your costs.
We can demand more of our employers, which I know is easier said than done, uh, given the, given the climate.
Um, but, uh, I, I, I tell, I tell employees more and more today that we talked to at one huddle, you have to look at yourself like you're your own talent agent.
You're your own talent recruiter today more than ever.
It's just the reality of it.
And because of that, um,
Maybe there's more opportunity for working together and collaboratively.
