I wouldn't have thought there'd be two things that I'd have said about me.

Yeah.

So I got introduced.

Well, the idea came from speaking with my management company and I'm not eloquent enough to write the book.

So I was lucky enough to get partnered up with Conrad and Conrad Marshall.

And he did an amazing job of putting my thoughts and memories into words.

I love the way it's written.

He's done an outstanding job.

It's a full look through my life more than anything.

As much as there is a fair bit about footy, there's

There's a lot about life and the struggles that I went through and probably will resonate with a lot of people of the struggles that others have.

And I wrote it with the hope to help people as much as I'm telling stories about footy and injury and illness.

I hope someone reads it one day and can sit there and it might help them through some part of their journey.

Yeah, I think that's a true statement.

In terms of the physical nature of it, the week-to-week grind to get up for games and what you put your body through and what you play through, often I feel like everyone sits there and thinks that everyone's 100% and going, well, I reckon I've probably played about five games across my whole career where I felt good.

Yeah.

Yeah, this is all in the book.
