The AFL have revamped their Level 4 coaching program.

Now, this is the highest level of coaching accreditation or badge you can get.

This is for the assistant coaches who have been in the game for a long time who are looking to go to the highest tier they can.

So there'll be 10 or 12 in this program that's being formalized as we speak.

Some of the names I can tell you that are already in is my understanding.

Hayden Skipworth, Daniel Jean Siracusa, Josh Fraser has applied and has been inducted.

Daniel Pratt is another one.

So there's a panel that interview the applicants and then they go through and ultimately they do this course.
