Apparently they put their number plate into some sort of registry online and that said to them, you've got a 2025 model car. matched

So they go back to BYD. matched

Apparently, I'm just sharing with you what they said. matched

And so this person posts this on Facebook and says, join my class action so we can get a refund. matched

And I thought, well, that's drastic. matched

Now, apparently, they were offered something other than a refund. matched

But I think when BWD saw this post and it started getting momentum, more people started saying, hang on, I've also got a 2025 when they said it was a 2026. matched

And that's when this all changed. matched
