From what I've seen, the only reasonability is actually offering these massive refunds is because customer or one customer caught them red-handed and immediately started getting people together for this class action on Facebook. matched

It was the very real threat of 1,265 organized angry Australian consumers dragging the brand through the mud in a highly publicized legal battle right when they are trying to cement their reputation here in Australia. matched
