Well one of the challenges I was gonna almost ask you, Nigel, was listeners from outside the UK, just for context.

The UK, as Maria mentioned, has a very cold, leaky housing stock.

I think there's been a very famous report of the UK being the cold man of Europe.

I remember that report being published a number of years ago.

Both for the energy transition and decarbonisation objectives, we need to improve the fabric of our buildings.

But also just from a cost perspective of actually the loss of heat and things through through our sort of poor building stock, it's definitely contributed to great deals of fuel poverty.

But Nigel, we just said there's been lots of opportunity, lots of approaches to this.

I guess one of the one thing that kind of comes to mind might is the customer demand for this.

So Maria spoke quite eloquently about propositions coming forward and the things that can be on offer is financing solutions and bits and pieces.

But ultimately you also need customers to to want this.

What's your kind of take on I don't know where people are at the minute with kind of the desire for improving their own home?

A lot of that is outside of the scope of and what the GFI is looking at.

But one of the things that you need to do was is make this as easy or as financeable or achievable to as many people as possible.

So what are some of the financing solutions, things that that you're looking at at the GFI and as part of this sort of green home finance strategic partnership that you're in with the government?

What's the areas at the moment which is perhaps more lighting your fire than Nigel's thinking that it's a boring topic?

So is that then just to clarify then almost a ring fence portion of your mortgage for energy efficiency measures?

Is that kind of the concept?

Almost the challenge with that first option is that kind of the additionality.

Those homes are already at quite a high level.
