There tends to be a bit of loyalty tax involved.
When you're a mortgage holder and there's people that say, oh, I've had the same mortgage or the, you know, I've been with the same bank with my mortgage for the last 10 or 20 years.
If you don't shop around, the bank is going to potentially charge you a higher interest rate than maybe other lenders may.
