They are just so opposed to debt and they just feel this weight on their shoulders by having this mortgage.

And they're just so focused on, I just got to get rid of debt.

And maybe they've never had a credit card in their life.

And they've just always just paid out of cash savings for any holidays or cars or whatever the expense is.

And all of a sudden they've got this several hundred thousand dollar or bigger mortgage.

And they're thinking, gee, it feels like the weight of the world is on your shoulders.

And so for those type of people, perhaps you don't continue to invest.

Perhaps it's let's just pay everything into the offset account, get that risk-free rate of return equal to the interest rate, and the mortgage will get paid off significantly sooner.

Yes.

Yeah, that's massive.

And to think about it, you take out these 30-year mortgages and if you can pay it off after 15, that's huge kudos to you.
