I'm sure he's getting paid very handsomely.

So he probably stands to make a lot of money at Oregon.

And, you know, I think he's going to only have a chance to really improve his draft stock.

I think certainly is there going to be a chance for people to overanalyze his skills a little bit?

Sure.

But I think at the end of the day, his skill set and what he showed last year, I think there's still progress to be made.

When you look at some of his biggest games last year,

There were times where I think there were some questions, you know, whether or not he can just improve his pocket awareness, improve his footwork a little bit more, and just be a little bit more on time as a processor.

But overall, I think the NFL skills are there, the traits are there, and I think he's, to me, on track, and he has another good year on track to be a top player.

Yeah, I think there's a lot of inconsistency.

I think we'd be foolish to think that the tiers reflect what everybody's getting paid.

I think generally when you talk about the ranges, yes, the tier one guys and tier two guys will probably get a lot more than the tier five guys.

But there are outliers in every case.

Because for the reasons you said, there's no centralized database.

There's no centralized public data for everybody to know what everybody's saying.

And so not only are we in the dark, but a lot of times the general managers and coaches who are trying to acquire these players are in the dark.

They really can only take the word of either an agent or anybody they trust that's in the industry.

Maybe some of those other coaches or other staff who they have relationships with and say, yeah, this is what we're paying this guy.

But not everybody's the most forthcoming with that information because people see it as a competitive advantage to not have it out there.

And so I do think there's a lot of inconsistency in terms of what certain guys are getting paid.
