I wish that and I'm sure the people involved wish this, that there were not numbers thrown out as far as how many visitors would be here, what the economic impact would be.
Because I think absent that, what could you complain about?
Because the World Cup's been awesome here.
I mean, the energy has been incredible.
I mean, I walked through the Orange Walk last Thursday, and it was just an awesome event.
And, you know, I mean, it's certainly on your mind as you're doing it, when else are you going to do this?
And talking to people who are from Kansas City who went through it and had been to Super Bowl parades and, you know,
stood in cold weather outside the gates and said i got to be in the parade today and that's a there was a even though this is a netherlands tradition it's international soccer there's still very much to me a kansas city flavor of that i mean literally went down the parade route that the royals and chiefs had been down down grand and but um
I know.
I mean, and I understand that, you know, some of the businesses that maybe didn't see the impact they were expecting and it's not just, you know, their own expectations is because they feel like that's maybe some of the projections that like, I understand that.
I understand hotels that, that might be upset too.
