We're seeing a lot of business do that right now.
You know, productivity is really important.
They're trying to, they're still making money, but they're trying to make, do more with what they have.
So really it's about getting a bigger return and it's harder these days.
It certainly isn't what it was once upon a time.
It's much harder to get the same return.
You've got to work a lot harder and that's what we're hearing out there.
It's probably a combination of things.
I think costs, you know, is a big thing because that's impacting margins, obviously, productivity as well.
It does give them a chance to really look at productivity and see where they can make gains, both from a process point of view, you know, so whether it's investing in technology, looking at upgrading equipment, you know, and that sort of thing, and just really finding better ways to do things.
And then, of course, there's the cost pressure on the other side, which is impacting, which means I have to do more to get the same result potentially.
There's probably a lot, but I think a big thing is we're getting the right advice.
I think what we get is a lot of small business are working on the business.
They're keeping themselves really busy looking after their customers.
But I think right now is a bit of a time to stop
and really look around and say, do you have, have you surrounded yourself with the right people?
So, you know, have you got the right accountant, you know, that's going to give you tax advice, that's going to give you structure.
Have you got the right lawyer to help you navigate some of the risks that are associated with your business?

I'm a banker, so have you got the right banker to really help you with your funding, your cash flow, your deposits?
