So had I been walking for men's mental health or had I even been walking for suicide prevention, I would have been all over all the media.

But because it was sexual abuse, I got a multi-television, stuffed an article as a fave family, someone in our family, my wife's family works there, so they called in a favour and it was literally they ran a story as a favour.

It wasn't something they wanted to run.

I was actually quite frustrated and disappointed my back was sore my legs were sore my hips were sore um I'd meant to be on um I can't remember if it was the the AM show or breakfast I was meant to be on a morning television show and they bumped me um and I remember just crying in the hotel and I rung my mate I was talking to him and I was just crying and I was just like fuck man like

put everything out there and I feel like I've just, I haven't achieved as much as I could, you know?

And he's like, fuck bro, you're smashing it.

He's like, make a video now and get it all out.
