I know how hard it was to recorrect and get back on the right path.

So in December, a mate of mine, we've been talking about it for the last couple of years, trying to put a men's retreat together.

And we did it in December.

Wow.

We had 15 guys, 18 of us all up, but 15 guys who were participants in the Marlborough Sounds for a couple of days over the weekend and for breast work and did some journaling exercises, did a couple of other things, bro, and Bucket was amazing.

That would have been next level, bro.

And then the feedback that we got from the guys and the feedback we still get and the change that we helped some of them make.

And that's fucking awesome, bro.

So, you know, like, it's crazy to think, but, you know, like, nothing's unachievable.

It's possible.

It's all possible, bro.

You know, it feels like it was only yesterday that, you know, I was in this dark place needing help, not having the answers, not having the motivation or the grunt to get it, you know, to get me where I needed to be.

one of those people that was on the sideline for me then, I'm one of them going, you got this, bro, let's go.

And I'm passing tools over and I'm, you know, sharing knowledge and sharing lived experience and letting other people know that it's okay and giving them permission.
