And the way he built his cellar was he had enough money to hire an excavator and a stonemason to build the walls.
And then everything else they had to do themselves.
So you go into the cellar there, it's like a damp Burgundian kind of feeling basement with mold all over everything.

Oregon is, I don't know if it's still the last growth market on the U.S.
West Coast, but for a couple of years there, we were the only growth market left on the West Coast in terms of planting because people were so excited about this plant.

And people aren't necessarily doing their own farming anymore.
They're hiring out to vineyard management companies.
And that's not a bad thing.
It's great to have specialized viticulture knowledge.
But I do think that, and I shouldn't pick on Oregon here.
I think that vit management companies are on the West Coast.
more the norm than not.
And that is even more true in California and Washington than it is in Oregon.
