Absolutely, yes, there are more wineries that are small than there are large.
In terms of the volume production and the percentage that is made by small wineries versus big wineries, I do think we are starting to get to the point where I don't actually know where the percentage falls on how much of Oregon wine is produced by large-scale wineries versus small-scale wineries.
Ten years ago, I would have been like, oh, yeah, no, the majority of production.
is being produced by small-scale wineries.
Now I'm like, there are way more small-scale wineries than large-scale, but the large-scale are getting bigger.
Oh, for sure.
And there's a really well-known producer, well, well-known for Oregon.
And I think you can find them in the UK called Abacela that planted the first Tempranillo in the state.
And their Tempranillo is great.
So, yes, you can definitely ripen.
Bordeaux varieties, Spanish varieties in Southern Oregon.
Willamette Valley is very Pinot.
We have a higher percentage of Pinot in Willamette Valley than Burgundy does for Burgundy.
