But the other part of that that people don't talk about as much is we know how to do that.
The winemakers here have been doing that.
People were talking about it.
They're exchanging ideas.
Of course they can make good Pinot.
They're pulling...
They have experience and they're pulling on everybody's ideas.
Where other varieties are starting to come in, you kind of have to give some wiggle room to the fact that they're not always going to be the greatest to begin with.
And I think people are unforgiving of that because they're like, oh, but the Pinot is so great.
Why would you drink, let's say Gamay?
Because that's getting more popular.
But why would you drink the Gamay?
Because it's only all right.
And you're like, well, the Gamay is only all right.
And this was a while back, but it was only all right.
