So I have two boys.

They're phenomenal, but working a typical Monday through Friday job doesn't allow that self care time.

So I'm actually I only work really Tuesdays through Thursdays and it's phenomenal.

I take Mondays off and I might catch up on some documentation or billing, things like that.

But for the most part, Mondays

Usually I'm doing a massage or a facial or having lunch with friends.

It's really nice.

But my Tuesdays through Thursdays are pretty full.

So I

we'll see clients pretty much from about nine in the morning until about six or seven at night, with like a I give myself like an hour and a half lunch, but then

I'm the type I don't mind doing my session notes or things like that late at night with a TV show on in the background.
