Going back to your conversation regarding how you would communicate with your clients, so what I've found in the past, I've enjoyed like learning about tracology, but I'm not a tracologist.
So having that kind of barrier of what I can actually advise and refer to my clients.
I've already kind of sold them shampoos, et cetera, and then having to then change their kind of, you know, hair regime.
I think K eighteen have kind of solved the problem with just the one product.
It makes it very easy, doesn't it?
And I feel there's that chain that's kind of missing, isn't it?
From the stylist to the tracologist to the GP.
How do you find having conversations with your clients about the product?
Do you find that easy because you're not kind of overstepping the mark, but you're keeping yourself at that stylus?
I do like prevention better than cure.
