I think it's education and it's knowledge.

It's understanding the figures.

It's numbers, not people.

It's not just like your expenses and your wages.

You know, there's so much more that goes into running a business.

So, you know, you need to be mindful.

That's why we need to charge a profit because we need to invest in ourselves.

I want to go and do courses.

But then do I think, oh, my goodness, I need to do another another client.

So I've got 500 pounds to go and spend on that course.

I felt like, oh, my goodness, like I'm making extra money.

But Ruth was like, no, that's how you grow your business, you know.

And then if someone counts on me because they're they're unwell or, you know, things happen, I'm not thinking, how am I going to make that money up?

I just charge them, though.
