And then I started sharing that with people and they understood why I was making the choices that I had.

We label people all the time.

It's just what we do.

But the labels we usually give people.

are typically based on their behavior and not on their emotional motivation.

And when we understand why people are making those choices.

then we have more empathy and we understand why they're making the choices they do and we connect better.

So all of this started falling into place once I understood more about myself.

Yeah, I mean when you think about everything we create is starting in our thoughts, right?

And so the conversations we're having with ourselves, most of us aren't choosing those thoughts.

They're just kind of happening to us.

And so when they're happening to us, our emotions take over.

And so we're not even really sure how that's how that's coming to be.

So until we actually stop and realize, wait.

What am I feeling?

What's going on?

What am I saying?

Why am I doing this?

Why am I acting this way?

Why am I making the choices that I'm making?
